Terms of service.
The agreement between you and Urvo when you use the apps, the website or the services connected to them.
Effective 10 August 2026
The agreement
These terms form an agreement between you and [REGISTERED ENTITY — TO BE CONFIRMED] ("Urvo"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use Urvo.
Additional terms may apply to specific features — for example a driver subscription — and are presented before you opt into them.
What Urvo is
Urvo is a technology marketplace. It connects riders who want to travel with independent drivers who choose whether to accept a trip and at what price.
Urvo does not own the vehicles, does not employ the drivers and does not itself provide transport. Drivers are independent and decide when they are available, which requests to accept and which fares to agree to. The transport contract is between the rider and the driver.

How fares work
Urvo is a name-your-price marketplace. A rider proposes a fare for a trip; drivers can accept it or propose a different one; the rider chooses. The price is agreed before pickup.
The agreed fare is what is owed for the trip as requested. If the trip changes materially while it is under way — a new destination, extra stops, a significant wait — the final amount may differ, and any such adjustment will be shown to you. Tolls, airport fees and similar third-party charges may be added where they apply.
Driver subscription and earnings
Drivers pay a subscription to use Urvo. Urvo does not take a commission from the agreed fare — the driver keeps it, less any third-party charges such as payment processing where applicable.
Subscription pricing, billing period and cancellation terms are shown before you subscribe. You can cancel a subscription for future periods at any time; unless local law requires otherwise, cancelling stops future charges rather than refunding the current period.
Payments
Payments are handled by third-party payment providers, and their terms apply to the payment itself. You authorise us and our providers to charge your selected payment method for fares you agree to, subscription fees you sign up for, and any charges properly applied under these terms.
If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend access until it is resolved.
Cancellations and no-shows
Either side can cancel before a trip begins. Because a cancellation costs the other person time, a fee may apply where a cancellation is late or where someone does not arrive within a reasonable waiting period. Any fee is shown before it is charged.
How to behave
Everyone on Urvo — rider and driver — is expected to treat the other person and their property with care.
Suspension and ending the agreement
You can stop using Urvo and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached, where an account presents a safety or fraud risk, or where we are required to do so by law.
Where it is reasonable and lawful to do so, we will tell you why, and you can contest a decision through support.
Availability
We work to keep Urvo running, but we do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change, and availability differs by market. We may add, change or withdraw features, and will give reasonable notice of a change that materially disadvantages you.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Beyond that, and because Urvo connects riders with independent drivers rather than providing transport itself, we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of a rider or driver. Our liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid to Urvo in relation to the trip or subscription period the claim concerns.
Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected by anything in this section.
Resolving a problem
If something goes wrong, contact support first — most issues are resolved quickly once we can see the trip. Where a dispute cannot be resolved that way, it will be handled under the law and courts of the market in which the service was provided, unless local law gives you a right to bring a claim where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will give notice before it takes effect, and continuing to use Urvo after that date means you accept the updated terms.
